We want you to be completely enchanted by your Elizabeth Scarlett purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all luxury packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original velvet pouches and shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
